Treatment Process
Step 1: Come to our comfortable office and enjoy a consultation with Dr. McAllister, a certified Invisalign provider. During this preliminary visit, Dr. McAllister will review your oral health history, evaluate and assess your current situation, and recommend a customized treatment plan for you. Her team will then take bite impressions to deliver to the Invisalign for processing.
Step 2: Invisalign will meticulous create your customized aligners using the most advanced 3-D computer imaging technology. In 2-3 weeks, your new, clear aligners will be available for pick up at Dr. McAllister’s office. Our team will provide you will detailed instructions for wear and additional pairs.
Step 3: It is recommended that the aligners be worn all day and night, only to be removed when you are eating, brushing or flossing your teeth. Our aligners are designed to be replaced every two weeks. The treatment length depends entirely on the individual case, which is why we customize and consult with every patient before treatment begins. The industry average time of treatment is approximately twelve months.
